We have a Minnie Winnie 2002 31C. The awning wont retract. We have to manually roll it back up. Is there a fix to retension the spring. Everything I've seen on YouTube will not apply to our specific setup. Thank you
Depending upon what is broken, you might be able to repair it and retension the spring. Does it make any clicking noises as you roll it up or unroll it? It would help if you could post the manufacturer's name, model number, and part number of your awning.
