Should be a label on the roller after you roll out the awning.

The packet of info for the new sale might also have the part number, etc. needed.
The big folder with too much info to grasp all at once? There should have been a page listing the options on your specific RV.

I just had an awning replaced due to wind damage - it was covered by my comprehensive insurance so I just took it to an RV repair shop and let them deal with it. Many people don't seem to be aware that insurance will cover this kind of thing - just a heads up in case you hadn't considered filing a claim.

Isn’t the 2021 View supposed to retract automatically if wind gets bad?
I recently was camping when the wind picked up. My awning didn’t retract even though the awning was bouncing up and down about a foot. I got nervous and retracted it.
Anyone else had this problem?
