24D Slide

HELP!
The slide on my 2021 24D View just started making a ratcheting sound from the upper left rail. Sounds like the gear is jumping out of mesh with the rail.
I have the fresh water tank 2/3 full so more weight on the rail.
Anyone had this problem?

Suggest you have someone outside looking at the slide as it is going in or out and see if they notice anything.

At times, our slide does make noises - though it may be from the rubber gasket around the slide opening and not from the motor or the rails.
