20VJ Lithium Batteries

I use the Xantrex ap regularly to check my batteries. Today it could only find one of them. Coach is stored plugged into shore power with ac set to 79. It has always found both batteries- it has been a week since I checked them. I opened the battery compartment and one had a solid blue light while the other had a blinking blue light. I pressed the blinking blue and it turned to constant blue. My Zamp controller and Xantrex gauge both read 13.5 volts. Also my inverter is on and my fridge is always on. I have been stored like this for 2 months.
