There are a few possibilities, if it is the mid section of the coach it could be a refrigerator error, mid section of the cab could be one of the rotating recliner seats not fully locked down. Then there is another intermittent beeping from the lower dash area that seems to be somewhat common and there have been a few discussions on it over on the Sprinter forum, anything from low fuel to door ajar.

Whenever my fridge beeps the wife alerts me as I can't hear it. You probably don't have a 3 way though and I don't know if the all electric ones have a beep warning or not. Mine will alert me if too much time goes by without a temperature recovery, or if too much time goes by before a temperature reduction after startup.

Check the batteries in the wind sensor of the awning.
Extend the awning and look for a plastic box about 3” square on the inside of the rail at the front.

Remove it with a Phillips screw driver and replace the 2 batteries inside. Remount.

Once when I did this process I had to power cycle the coach batteries to stop the beeping after I replaced the sensor batteries.

Check the batteries in your smoke detector. It may not be near the middle of the RV, but the sound can be difficult to pinpoint.

Hello, We had the problem, beeping every 30 seconds. They were all over our coach, found it above passanger are (outside). It was the wind sensor, but ours was in the end cap of the awning.
