2021 View Maxx Fan Won’t Work

Have 2021 View 24D, the unit starts then get the beeping/green light and it shuts down. Have done the full power down and wait 5 minutes and still does the same thing. Factory LiPo batteries, good voltage, does it shore or house power. Lots of talk of voltage sensitivity and circuit boards but this is a new unit…..

Does the fan turn but the cover does not open? Because if that's the issue then the cover is probably stuck to the caulking on the roof. The motor that raises the cover tries to do it's job but the cover doesn't budge and the motor torques out as a result.

However, the fan and motor that opens the cover are separate systems so if the fan is not turning at all then it's probably some other issue.

For things like this on 3rd party supplied items in your RV it's best to contact the manufacturer for tech support and possible replacement - so call or contact Maxx Fan.

A dealer can check all this for you... if you want to take it to them and not see your RV for months and months and months.

Lid opens, fan runs, then closes and fan stops with beeps. Called Maxx Fan and they had me do a hard reset (remove all power 5 minutes) and still did it. Sending me a new circuit board
