Okay, sounds like a time for some digging into the manuals that you should have gotten with the RV. Part of the trouble when we look for info is that each and every RV made may have slightly different options and things like radios installed.
So there should be large groups of books and info with the RV and that info is often very specific on the items which came with your personal RV.
There are often several points where we can pick up what model of radio we have. One is a list that comes from the Winnebago factory showing all the add-on type things like frig, stove and radio. Long list with lots of options?
Then there may also be a folder/book for the radio itself. If you did not get this large group of info, check with the dealer and insist they provide it as it is a critical part of learning how to operate the big ball of mystery that comes with a new one.
As an alternate, have you carefully checked the front of the radio for model? It may look like a code but with that info one could check the pioneer info for operations.
