2017 View Front Bunk Railing

I was wondering if anyone has purchased a safety railing for the front top bunk of a 2017 Winnebago View. I imagine this bunk has been configured like this for awhile, so the year shouldn't matter too much. I am looking for something that easily works with the fold-up bunk, keeps the youngsters from rolling out of the bed and would allow access to the ladder if possible. Thanks!

Hi Mike,
Something like this bed rail should work.
Anybody else have something more specific for the View?
Welcome to the Forum.

We have the bunk model and needed ones for the regular bunks. Shopped around and could never find what we wanted, so ended up making out of PVC. If you Google there are several sites of people that made their own, here is one:

Mine has long “arms” that go under the mattress, the kids weight keeps in place but it’s easily removable for transport or when making beds.

Blastvalve, thanks for the information. I'll look into possibly building something too.

In our day of young ones and bunks we used this: https://www.amazon.com/RecPro-Nettin.../dp/B0872HK8ZJ
It is easier for the kids to get in and out of. It works great as a cargo net too. We keep extra bedding and pillows stowed up in the bunk.
