2007 E450 chassis fan stops

I have a 2007 Class C with the Ford E450 chassis and when I put a load on the engine as in climbing a hill the fan for the AC/Heater stops until I easy off the accelerator. Is this normal or do I have a problem.

Anyone else experience this?

It may not be that the A/C blower is stopping. It may be that the vacuum to the ducting system is being lost. A common problem with older chassis, not just ford. The "newer" vehicles use plastic lines for vacuum lines, not the old rubber type. They dry out and crack. I have had to replace several on my 2007 sightseer due to line degradation.
Check all your vacuum lines. The Vacuum motors that are used to direct airflow are by default directing air to defrost rather than the dash vents. The vacuum lines are probably 3/32, and in different colors. If i remember the color code from replacing mine, it is a blue one that goes to the blend door actuator.
