"e caveat emptor".
"Sometimes you're the windshield, and sometimes you're the bug".
Many folks don't buy extended warranties because of posts like yours. It's one of those things that can go either way, either a very good experience, or a very bad experience. Unfortunately, you've discovered the latter.
If you had set aside the $4000 you paid for the warranty in a "future RV repair fund", you could have covered the repairs easily.
As for what can you do, that's up to you and how far you're prepared to go to get satisfaction from either the warranty company or the dealer. You could become a squeaky wheel, and keep after them yourself, if that's your style. If you have any lawyer friends you could ask them to read the warranty specs for some advice. No guarantees there either.
Also, is it an '02 as the title suggests, or an '06? Not that that matters for your situation.
