Under Bed Storage in Era 70A?

Totally unrelated, but we’re considering a 70A.

How big is the trunk under the twin beds?

We’re hoping for space big enough to house our 2 E-Bikes while we’re on the road. Folded dimensions 15.7” wide × 33.7” long × 26.6” high.

Thanks beforehand!

As far as I know, self propelled rigs, all batteries get charged via the motors alternator(s). How they pull that off varies, especially if house is lithium.

We actually ripped out the back and put in a platform bed. This way we can fit out bicycles inside the van. By doing this, it also allows us to have a small outdoor kitchen we can set up. We store the table and post behind the chair in the side and where the 'wedge' was stored, we added small shelves for food, a fan etc.

How much of a pain was that to pull off?

We’d thought of raising the bed if there wasn’t enough room for our E-Bikes, folded size 15.7” wide × 33.7” long × 26.6” high.

On the twin class B from another maker, Coachmen Galleria 24A, the bed assembly is on an aluminum frame.
