Did you check the brakers. Do you have any lights on TV?

If the plug is a GFCI, you may need to reset it. Generally, more than one GFCI will be on the same circuit. Reset all GFCI's that have a reset button if nothing else.

In the overhead opening next to the stereo/DVD player, there’s a toggle switch labeled TV. That switch has to be on if you haven’t tried that yet. It’s kinda towards the rear of the opening.
