You are not being totally realistic.
Running an A/C off of batteries is possible. However, it takes a great deal of battery power to do so for even 2 hrs. And, you'll find very few small Class B Vans that either offer this as an option or have enough space for a battery bank that large be able to manage even an hour of A/C.
For a great deal of expense you may be able to modify a Solis Pocket to run the A/C OR you can run a gas powered generator and have A/C as much as you want.
It's fine to wish we were to the point that you can choose between half a dozen Class Bs ( or Class Cs or Class As) that can manage this as a product from any manufacturer - but it's unrealistic and not going to happen.
We're getting closer to this all the time. But it's at least 3 to 5 years away.
You can get a Class C Winnebago EKKO with an optional 640aH battery bank and a high efficiency A/C unit that is pretty well suited for a few hours of A/C running. And, Winnebago's new EV Concept Class B has 15Kwh of lithium house batteries and a super efficient A/C that can run for nearly 10 hours on batteries. But it's a concept vehicle and years from being in production.
So, don't hold this against the Solis Pocket Class B. Nobody else can really do what you want either.
