Mods for a ERA 70A

Iím looking to purchase a 70A and was wondering about some modifications, the primary one would be to get rid of the TV on the Galley Counter top. I would prefer not to end up with a hole in the counter top. Are there replacement Corian countertops available?

My previous van was an ERA 70A and loved it. The first thing I did was remove the counter top tv. I plugged the holes with Corian that I cut to size using a hole saw. Barely noticeable and worked well.
