Cool Era owner needs help

Just recently purchased a 2019 Era, and have a few maintenance issues needing attention soon.
1) windshield curtains let loose on drivers side. Sealant failed, so pleated blinds have detached from A pillar. What does Winney suggest I use to re-attach. Is it what I should use, and how do I procure?

2) The foam sealant between the sliding door and the "prop open" windows may never been opened, and as a result the weatherproofing foam seal was like glue when attempt to open. Now all busted up. Again, what does Winney suggest, and is that the best solution or should I procure elsewhere.

3) Lastly, some of the "roller shades" do not stay lowered when asked. Is there a better secure net method than the Velcro pieces I find throughout, that aren't staying put where asked?

Any, and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Since this is a new unit, take it back to your dealer and let him fix it. There are a lot of minor things that happen to all new coaches and, while you might be able to fix them yourself, let the dealer do it.

Regarding the blinds, I installed clear small COMMAND hooks, upside down, on the plastic where the loop on the blind would catch. I put a drop of clear silicone on the back when the hook seemed too stressed for long-term success. They are discreet, and do the job well. I used the same hooks near each bed to hold my glasses when I’m done watching tv. Nobody sees them, but they keep the necessities close! For the other repairs, Winnie is too good a company for you not to give them first shot at making it right for you.

A 2019?
Is that a year, or model number?

My guess, a typo... his earlier post identifies it as a 2009

Must be, or I would certainly have the dealership do the repairs.
