2013 ERA radio problems

Winnebego ERA radio

Seems like my touch screen is acting up. Can’t seem to get it to respond. Is there a way to reset it or some other work around?
Thanks

Think I saw somewhere there's a fuse that can be pulled to drop power to it. Is it one of those Riverpark units? Maybe call them.

We have a 2016 Era with a similar issue. Don't know if you have the same radio/GPS package.

On ours, if you go to Menu > Settings there is a touchscreen calibration option. Run the calibration and it will display various points on the screen to touch to calibrate it. You may have to turn the system on and off a few times to get it to respond so you can calibrate it.

Our Rand McNally GPS is currently not working at least 90% of the time, often displaying a message to insert the Rand McNally SD card which is already in the unit and was recently updated using the Rand McNally Dock software.

I called Winnebago customer support and they referred me to River Park. They told me problems with the unit installed in our Era are often due to Rand McNally SD card issues and they are going to send me a replacement card. Apparently the card costs $250; not sure if they are going to charge me or not.

In addition to the Rand McNally GPS problems, we also have problems with the unit freezing and not responding at all, sometimes when trying to play MP3 files from a USB flash drive. They said the GPS issues can actually be the source of these other problems.

Try calling River Park and see if they can help you. They were very helpful when I called them last week.
