Yes I am a sprinter source member but don't think I have posted yet. I did get a lot of info from there.

I would be interested in that display you mentioned, does it make camera viewing easier?

here is a pic

it's helps amazingly. I got it from Riverpark but since its passive it should work for any system.

Still have to use radio/gps touch screen for input.

let me add one more

this one helps shows the screen is not blocking my view.

The dancing sharks helps navigate as well.

I used a cup holder mount but had to make a small tweak to get it to work.

Thanks for sharing. I want to mount an 8" tablet for my live data monitoring but that display would really be nice for the cameras, I find the side view cameras not really much help in the daylight as you have to take your eyes off the road to look at the radio, and a quick glance might miss something. Actually I don't have any trouble just using the mirrors like the old days, if you know how to properly adjust the mirrors there are no blind spots.

What mod did it take to use that mount in the dashboard cup holder?

I have a cup holder in that spot and did not want to modify the dash beyond a small hole for video and power cord. I had to modify cup mount to hold the screen as it did quite fit.

I ordered the cupholder mount just now. I noticed your dash mat, is this the one you have? https://www.calcarcover.com/ I was thinking about that one, one of the reviews said it didn't lay flat in all sections, how do you like yours?

I got my dash cover on dash design . They have a RV section but it was not cheap. A few corners have not laid flat yet due to being rolled for shipping. I figured I would IRON it one day but just have not got around to it.

I've been looking at the passive display, your head unit has navigation or does that come with the display? I don't really understand how it works. The one I saw at Riverpark shows a Rand Mcnally GPS on the screen
