Winegard AS-2003

I have a 2006 Meridian that has a Winegard AS-2003 satellite dish on the roof that doesn't lock onto the Dish satellite 119. I've checked the setting on the roof top unit and it is set at 119, the dish locks on to a satellite around 75. Reading about the woes this dish model gives a lot of people, I was wondering if anyone's still works or am I on a fool's errand trying to get it to work. Thanks

Sounds like the control unit lost it's programming memory - just a thought,

I would go ahead and call Winegard direct. There as been some many changes over the years your unit may not work with the new technology.

I gave up trying to make my AS-2003 work in 2010 and replaced it with a Winegard Traveler and have never looked back.
