WEXCO wiper problems.

2005 Adventurer 33 W22 workhorse. Coming home from trip wipers quit. They moved about 2 inches on delay setting and stopped there. Ordered new wiper motor and replaced. Now they only work on high setting and will not park. Also no mist or washer. Anyone else with this problem??. Any help would be great. Thanks Dennis.
