Vents blowing into compartments

I have a 2007 vectra. I’m told that the furnace blows into the bays below. I have two furnaces one in the kitchen area and one I the bedroom. Do both blow into the bays? Also I assume that the 40000 btu furnace is in the kitchen area. And the 25000 btu is in the bedroom?

My unit is a 2004 Vectra 40QD. I believe the main central air system provides the heat to the storage bays. This system is built into the main HVAC system and can be switched from electric heat or gas heat. When ever to blower kicks on it blows warm air into the compartments .
The unit in bedroom just supplies addition heat for bedroom and bathroom areas if needed.

On one of our previous rigs we ran each system separately to figure out 'what goes where' given different answers from manufacturer, dealer, etc. We learned 'what does what' and also found a blocked vent (flex line crushed).

Normally the rear LP furnace provides heat to the basement plumbing/ water tank compartments. You should be able to see 2" flexible ducts exiting into the ceiling of compartments heated.
