Valve Stem Stabilizers

On my F53 chassis the wheel holes are round 1 3/4 inch. I have been looking for rear valve stem stabilizers. I can't find the rubber inserts any place. 2 inch are available everywhere but no 1 3/4 for the Ford wheels

Any suggestions

Thank you for the link. Just ordered 2. I think a little expensive, but I tried everyplace I knew about and came up empty. Your help appreciated.
