Turning Captain Chairs 2017 Tour 42QD

Could anyone give advice on how to swivel my captain chairs around so they can be used facing cabin area? 17 Tour 42QD thanks!

On my sister rig the swivel lever for the passenger seat is on the front side of the seat - pull / hold / swivel. The driver seat lever is on the out side - same operation. You may need to raise the steering wheel to highest position, put seat back straight up and then adjust the fore / aft travel to avoid conflict with the steering wheel. Note: recommend you always do the swivel and return in the same directions so that you avoid wrapping the wires around the seat support and damaging them.

The driver side does not have a lever like the passenger side?

Driver seat lever is on the left side as you're sitting in the seat.

As a follow-on to Lv2Roam2's comment, after SEVERAL episodes of rotating my seat to the right to have it facing the rear, then continuing to rotate it to the right to put it back facing forward, I was "privileged" to have some "quality time" reconnecting the wiring harness under the seat. (I am sometimes a slow learner!) Now I tell myself OUT LOUD when I'm moving the seat to forward-facing: "Backward right, frontward LEFT". It works SO much better with everything staying connected!

Direction of Rotation

My seats have a skirt, so under the skirt, as a reminder, I used a marker to draw an arrow in the correct direction.

I swiveled the seats of my 2016 Minnie Winnie 27Q exactly once and decided it was such a hassle that I never did it again. It involved small incremental movements of turn a few degrees, slide forward a bit, tilt the seat back a little, turn a bit more, slide back a little, seatback a little, one final turn, then seat back tilt back to "normal" position. At least I think that was the sequence. All that was for the driver's seat.

Thankfully the passenger seat was a little easier.
