Thumping under driver’s foot’20 Forza 36H

Anyone ever experience an audible and “feelable” thumping that’s feels like it’s right under my left foot. Very noticeable at slower speeds on roads that are slightly rolling in nature. Thanks in advance for any advice on where to start looking. I’m away from my home area and really don’t want to interrupt my vacation to seek out a dealer or Freightliner repair facility, but also want to be safe when traveling home!

Might be the front hood banging. It had ajustments on latches. Might also look under hood for wiring bundle ,wiring that might need to be tied down.
