Aerospace 303 works for me.
Remember that you hve two seals. On is on the inside frame of the slide and the other is on the outside frame of the slide,
What you see when you look against the slide and the coach is the "wiper" seal. It's purpose is to squeegee the water off when moving the slide. This is the one that sometimes does not pop all the way out.
What i do. Use the awning rod, put a dishrag, cloth, towel (small) into the loop end of the rod. Spray the cloth with 303 and then move the rod along the outside of the seal. After the outside, place the towel behind the seal and gently push it up. It will have a tendency to slip out so just try again.
The actual seal on the frame of the slide can be lubricated with the same cloth and by hand but for the one on the top of the slide, use the same technique as for the wiper seal. Unless you are 10 feet tall you will need a ladder for that seal so be careful.
Rot of Ruck!
