Question ? Slide Gear Rack Concern?

Is this a concern? Manufacturing or operation defect?
Noticed last night, slide fully extended, that one of the lounge slide gear racks (or whatever they're called) bows outward about 1-1/2" at the middle. The others are all flat along the side.
