Scottm:

Maybe more information could help people on this forum give some advice.
For example, how many miles on the coach, what is the condition, how many previous owners, have you checked online units for sale, Itasca owners group, blue book references.

Do your due diligence, get all the info so you can make an informed decision.

Good luck!

I bought a 2007 Winnebago 36G last February for $73K, had just under 50,000 miles on it and had been stored inside. I think I got a good deal in a time with inflated RV costs. Your $90K doesn't sound out of line. As 20223f said, more info on mileage, number of owners etc would be helpful.
What ever you do or don't do, please hire someone to do an inspection on the coach.

Let us know what you decide, and pictures or it never happened, LOL

Contact these folks and compare. Nice coach.

One thought about basements on slides. The hanger bolts have a history of failing. And, be careful not to overload the basement compartments.
Happy trails!
