On that model you may have to plug the generator into a plug in the service bay. I don't think it has an automatic transfer switch.

when you say all breakers...do you mean the breakers on the generator and inside?

if you dont have the auto trnsfer i would get one...you should be able to get it & installed for under 300.00..

good luck

Do you have interior 110 when you connect your shoreline to a 110 source?

Is this a new problem? Has it worked in the past? I think on your unit it has to be plugged into the plug in the service bay. If it worked in the past it may have worked loose.

Make sure that the two breakers on the generator itself are not tripped.

Other then that the transfer switch could be defective however that is a fairly new model, the Sunova came out in 2002 and the 35J is new for 2007 if I am reading the Winnie web site correctly. Did you call the dealer and if so what did he say?
