Seitz multi-positioning window blinds

Anyone else had trouble with one? In my Via the one behind the couch is nearly impossible to get the top half containing the screen to roll up to the top, and the screen is curled on the edges so flies can get in. It looks like they are made in Europe and I don't see any replacement options online.
