One method that I have seen but no idea if it fits your RV?

Some have a track attached to the bottom rear of tv which sets into a track on the wall.
At the top rear there is a second track on the TV with another metal strip screwed to the wall to keep the TV from tilting forward.

Maybe this drawing makes more sense if you think of looking at the TV from the side?

The one we had was a bit of trouble to get loose as the screws were very nearly too far down behind the TV top to get a screwdriver into remove them.
Maybe run fingers along the top back side to feel for screw heads?
Or if you can get a look from the side, maybe spot if this guess is anywhere close to what you have?

An inspection mirror or one of the endoscopes for attaching to phone would be handy for peeking behind.

I have an Adventurer 37F which identical to your Itasca model, but mine is a 2017 model. So, yours may be totally different. Reaching up from the bottom of the TV, in the middle there is a nylon strap. Pulling down on the strap releases the TV mount so you can pull it forward and swing it out partially. When it’s out you can unscrew the mount from the back of the TV.

2018 sun star 35 lx is directly mounted to 2 horizontal metal bars, 4 Phillip head screws r exposed just outside of the tv frame will release my w the metal frame attached to the tv. Removal of the prop arms makes taking the tv and mounting frame out much easier.
My new tv did not match the mounting brackets so some modifications were necessary to use the original bracket.
Ie drilled new holes to match tv mounting points and a slight trim w the grinder to make it work.
Good luck on ur project.

I've yet to figure out how to remove the TV but I know that you can access all of the wiring connections by removing the magazine rack beside the toilet in the front bathroom. My TV was randomly turning itself on and off, so I just unplugged it. Never watched TV outside.

I have a 2011 37F and replaced my 3 TV’s. My outside TV was rigid mounted, did not swing and wired with RCA component cabling. If I remember correctly there were screws holding a large side to side backplate which allowed the TV to come loose plate and all. The TV is plugged into a receptacle located in the cavity accessible by removing the magazine rack in the 1/2 bath. I don’t remember if I had to remove the radio/speaker mounting plate to access the right hand screws but I had everything out as I added a Bluetooth radio also. Replaced the TV with one that was thin enough to allow the use of a swing mount screwed to a piece of plywood I added and I use a quick buckle strap around it I to hold it in place when traveling. If you haven’t gotten it out yet I can get you some more pictures if needed.
