Hi and Welcome!
It's always possible that someone will see your thread and have already made this change on the same model year Journey... but it's a long shot.
On older Winnebago motorhomes the in dash radio was a moving target. So, it's not just cut and dried what you have, what size the "hole" is or what will work.
That said, these things are more or less standard in the Car Audio world, especially in earlier models from 10 years ago or more. Newer models have more motorhome specific infotainment systems that can be harder to replace with something new.
So here's what's needed - you need to know if it's a single DIN, DIN and a Half or Double DIN unit. That will clue you into the "size of the hole." Then you can call Crutchfield or visit crutchfield.com to find devices that will fit in your space.
OR, you can drive your motorhome to a Car Audio/Installation dealership and they can take care of everything for you.
Hope this helps and good luck with your project.
