Remodeling questions...

Planning on a remodel of my LR and kitchen here soon. I fixed a flakes 46" TV last year and he never showed up to claim it and I'm hooked on it's much larger size compared to the over-the-dash 35" TV so I've been carting it around bungeed in place on the couch when traveling and mounted on the dash when parked.

I have the electric 75" couch/bed but I never use it, preferring my recliner/rocker/swivel chair instead. Even when I was ill, I couldn't get comfortable on the couch and slept comfortably in the chair. Even my brother when he visits complains about the couch. So it seldom gets used.

So, my plan atm is to remove the couch, rip up the carpet and replace with tile, then install 2 recliners like the one I have in the space vacated by the couch. Move the wall mounted small table from under the passenger side window (where the recliner is now) over to the other side between the two recliners, then build and install a TV cozy with electric lift.

My questions are:

1) Has anyone seen and have a link for a blog posting of someone doing this?
2) Where does one sell one of these OEM couches? Hate to throw it away.
3) I'm planning on constructing my own TV cozy with TV lift inside. Anyone have (or have a link to) plans of something already made up that they particularly like for a RV?
