Questions about newer Adventurers

Hi all, I have a 2014 Adventurer 37F and was wondering if anyone with the washer/dryer stackables has a loud whining noise when the dryer is on? Both directions?
Also, does anyone have a 2015 or newer and if so, what size is the TV in the salon area? I believe that ours is 46" but I understand that the newer units have a larger set. Going to be at the factory for a list of repairs and am thinking about upgrading a few things
Thanks

raycyn778, Parts catalog shows yours is a 40" and the 2015 and 2016 is a TV-46",FLAT PANEL LED, HDTV.
We do not have a loud whining noise when the dryer is on. There is some noise but I would not said it is loud.

Grant, while at the factory last August for the FWS, leveling system and a host of other issues, I added that to the list and it turned out that the drum motor bearings were bad. they replaced the dryer and it is whisper quiet now. Not sure how old your rig is but I think there is a two year warranty on the dryer.

Thanks Ray, I also sent an email to the service department at Westland Sales and they said it is probably the motor bearings. Glad to hear yours is quiet. Ours is just over two years old so one of my winter projects is to pull it and check the motor.

raycyn778, replaced the motor bearings and the dryer is much quieter. Have not put it back in the motorhome but setting in the garage all I heard is the blower. Cost $15 for a pair of good bearings and my cheap labor.

Tom-NC, it is a Splendide stackable, the dryer is model no. TVM63. Here is a link to a good repair manual. The dryer does not come apart like a normal dryer, so it helps to read the manual. You can just remove the side panel to get to the motor. The bearings are 6001 ZZ need a puller and a press to replace them. I would think any motor repair shop would do it for less than the cost of a new motor.
