I have a '91 Miata, although not set up for towing.

Thanks for all the praise. The blond is the love of my life. The Miata is hers and isn't set up for towing either. We picked it up 2 weeks ago on a Tuesday in Concord NC and headed for Leesburg FL that evening. So far 2 weeks of use and no problems. Hope this is a sign of things to come.
