My most recent order they were w little slow on response time, but that was the first and only time so I’m hoping it was just the time, I’m guessing spring is popular for parts orders as everyone gears up for a new season.

Lichtsinn.com is the best sight for my money. They are extremely knowledgeable, even for the more experienced rigs like ours. Even when we didn't know the exact name or nomenclature of the item we were looking for, after they asked a few questions, they had the part number and sent the correct item - BOOM! They are aces.
