Odd ceiling lamp LED conversion

Hello everyone,
I have a 2006 Winnebago Journey SE and above the "One Place" that houses my generator on/off, tank levels, converter/charger, and such, there is a small round ceiling mounted lamp that illuminates that control panel. I'll be darned if I can find a way to take that lamp apart to change the bulb from incondecent to LED. Anyone know how to take t apart? Also, there are two cabinet mounted floor lamps (night lights) I'd like to convert to LED. Their bulbs are maybe 1/4" in diameter and about an inch or so long. They fit into their socket similar to how and older 12v glass fuse would fit into it's 2-clip socket.

I have the same unit, found a bolt in replacement for the whole unit on amazon.about 10 dollars
