New Member with a slide question - 2004 Sightseer

Hi, everyone! I'm new to the forum and have a question about my slider on my 2004 Winnebago Sightseer:

Hello. During a trip my couch/dinette slider (standard 2 rail Storemore) slider started hanging up on one side while extending and retracting, but mostly retracting making it necessary to push the slider manually to even up with the other side. When I got home the slider will extend without a problem but hangs up on retracting. I looked underneath and found the front cargo hanger bottom bolt was loose by about a half inch so I tightened it up just snug. I will have to jack the weight off the bolt to tighten all the way but it is slightly bent. Question 1 -Could this being loose be the problem causing drag enough to stall the motion? I'm afraid to extend it back out until I get it cinched up all the way. I included a photo. Question 2 -Is this bend bad enough to replace the bolt?
Thanks for your help.
John
