Thank you. I have found very little information so far.
Not really sure if I want to buy something that information
is limited. I know they built them from 1995 - 1998.
I know they were well built, but not much support today.

The Luxor was top of the Winnie line in those days. We had a '97 Vectra Grand Tour which was the next coach down. Very well build. I wouldn't worry too much about support. Winnie will still provide tech support and parts. It was most likely on a Freightliner chassis. If it's been well maintained, it should be a solid coach.

What engine? The Vectra had a Cat 3126.

I have a 96 Vectra Grand tour, with the 5.9 6bt cummins, awesome coach with a great ride. The Luxor was a great coach, I considered one before I found the Vectra.
That year may even have the quiet diesel gen set, added bonus.

But,With that said I think that price is really high.

All of the manuals, drawings and part numbers are available on-line and Winnebago still supports that unit.

Check for windshield leaks, that glass is bonded to steal just like in your car but if it has had leaks for any length of time the windshield frame could have rust issues you cannot see.

Here is the brochure

http://winnebagoind.com/resources/br.../1997Luxor.pdf

The Winnebago Industries website under Resources does not show a lot of info on the Luxor.

Thanks for all the replies. I did notice top part of windshield was missing
part of trim. There are some small water stains along the roof starting at drivers seat and going back to the bath. I also check the NADA price.
NADA price was 22,200. If it was not for the stains and tires dated
03 and 04 I would have offer 25,000 at the most. The stains were not
soft, but the outside drivers side has some delamnation. I am not in a
rush to find a motorhome. I will just keep looking.

Ya, I probably would have stopped at the stains in the ceiling. None of that is fun.
