Lost Keys to Bays 2021 Winnebago Forza
Hi All,
Kind of new here. I cannot find my keys that would let me into the battery compartment and engine and gas on my 2021 Winnebago Forza. Can Winnebago replace those keys? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I saw somewhere else that Winnebago might be able to make the keys. Just checking to make sure or hear someone else's experience.

search on ebay, when my coach was brand new I found a seller (locksmith) on ebay that could make all of the OEM keys (may not the engine key). It was such a good deal I ordered 3 spares of everything. My set, my wife's set, hidden set and one set that is always the house for whatever.
Use words like Winnebago and Trimark. It was good 4 or 5 years ago but I bet the seller is still around. If you find him, I can verify if he same one I used. Not sur how far back I can see my purchase history on ebay.

Your ignition key is the key that locks the cargo bays and fuel door.

Thank you. I am trying to get into the battery compartment to jumpstart and could not get the key in. I am not sure if it was all frozen b/c of the temps. Also, the dealer gave me this huge set of keys (I have the ones he used when I bought it) and don't know what all those keys were to and I cannot find them to test them.

This thread seems to wander a bit. Your compartment paddle latches are the standard Winnebago latches made by Trimark, right? That's what I see in the parts Catalog for a '21 Forza. There's only a dozen or so different cuttings on that style Trimark key. A Winnebago dealer should either have a master key (they are red), be able to match up a key from another unit, or have a stock of keys to try. Once you have a key that works, you can use the numbers on it to order more. Might even be a number on the lock cylinder face (I'll have to look at mine later) to use.
An example master set.

I have always thought of the compartment keys as somewhat generic and many folks in the campground may have the same key!
I traveled with some folks who had a hard time keeping their act together and they went door to door asking folks with the same brand RV!

This was my thinking as well, but I don't have a Forza so though I may have been missing something.
For the OP I did find my orders for buying spares of all my keys. I bought from a seller called winnebagoparts
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?item...winnebagoparts
They don't appear to sell keys anymore? At least off ebay but you can contact them and ask. I bought my keys in 2020
My Ford ignition key does one thing and that is start the engine. I may have bought the spares from local Home Depot. But if you don't have that key you may need your title and a locksmith.
I have only two other types of keys. One Trimark (OEM Black) that ONLY controls the deadboat lock and the Trimark (OEM Gray) that will open every else, hood, all compartments, TV, door etc.
I had all of the part numbers and OEM keys; so my situation may be a lot easier than yours.
Twice in 5 years I have locked myself out, but both times I actually had my set of keys, but had my regular set been locked inside, I have a hidden compartment to go get a full spare set.
Good luck
fyi below is some vendors on Amazon selling the keys for my WBGO
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=trimark+r...l_2194lp8foy_b

I was astounded that not only did my Vita come with 4 sets of keys (separate door and storage) it also came with four Mercedes fobs. Winnebago done good with that!

Yep, on the Forza, the square-ish ingnition and front door key opens the engine, generator and all the side cargo compartments.
The round-ish key is for the engine access panel on the floor in the back of your rig.
The 'standard' trimark key is also for the main door, but for the OTHER slot. Don't ask my why they did it that way. It was that way on my 2017 38W, and the same on my 2025 38W.

Interesting. It does look like Winnebago supplied the ignition switch, as opposed to the chassis supplier as it shows up in the parts catalog with a Winnebago part number. It's noted as being "keyone", implies they source it to match the other locks. I'd bet it's a Trimark style key?

This is the photo of the front and back of the only key I use. It opens the main door, hood and engine latch, cargo doors, and starts the engine.

I have a 2016 Forza 34T and my ignition works all the compartments as well. Just as others have said. The locks may just be a little jammed. Try pushing on the door while turning the key. It works for me. Also, get some Houdini spray and put in the locks. I know all of this because I had a visit from a locksmith once upon a time.
You can also contact Lichtsinn in Iowa. Give them your Vin/Serial number. They can get them to you pretty quick.

Help is available. https://www.lichtsinn.com/rv-parts/r...r?gad_source=1 Have your coach SN handy. They should be able to provide a full set of keys for you.

Search again where you have already searched for your lost keys. I put things in places I know I'll remember and they will be easy to find. The only thing is, I still don't remember to look there when I'm searching. I may very well pick them up and hold them in my hand while I search, then put them down thinking I didn't find them.
The keys are someplace. Look again. Good Luck!

That's exactly what I have on my 19 Forza 38F. Works all the compartments and ignition. Separate Trimark key works the door deadbolt and a round key for the engine access in the rear bath. Like some others have done I also have a "hide a key" just in case. Experience is a tough teacher.
