Link to electric broke on Cortona3D Parts viewer?

Whenever I try to use the Cortona3D viewer to look at the Illustrated Parts Catalog for the electrical for my Vista I get a "Server Error 404 - File or Directory Not Found". All the other links to the other subsystems work great. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

Rich, after your first comment in post #2 above I went and rechecked it. I noticed there were two different links to the catalog depending on the serial number of the coach. In one link, the electrical portion gave the 404 error but the other link worked fine (although it linked me to a Sunstar not a Vista). It's a fantastic tool, so even with a few little quirks I am glad Winnebago provides it.

Ive had the same issue when using the link and going direct from the forum or from a saved document. I finally tired going directly to the Winnebgo website and from there it opened for me just fine. The 3D illustrations and parts identification are excellent and let me rotate the image for views from all angles.
Go to the bottom of the home page and select "Site Map" it's a very long list but scroll down toward the bottom until you find "Parts Catalog" Once in the parts catalog Cortana should open where you may select your model and production year to view all the assembly and parts diagrams.
I trust this will help?

The Cortina3D website was replaced over two years ago.

Here’s the current link (for early 2021 Vista 35 U) no download needed:

https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/2020/20wfe35u03.htm
NOTE! This no longer works on Internet Explorer, but just about all other browsers. The Cortina3D site required a download and ONLY worked on MSIE.

Creativepart...Thank you for the correction and link. It must be my mistake thinking that when I found the parts catalog that it was still presented as a Cortana program. At any rate it's very helpful for those who follow us to know how to navigate and find the catalog since it is not "right out there in the open and easy to locate".
