Are you putting the jacks down or up or is it after the jacks are already down and sitting for awhile?

it is after sitting for a while and when there are temperature drops(at night) . it also happens when we move around in the coach. i'm thinking air in the lines that might be affected by the temp drop but not sure.

When I am retracting the jacks they will shift and make a popping noise. Jacks are on a pivot and the move and shift as they release the load back on to the MH frame. If that is what you are hearing that would be normal. I hear it when jacks are going down, not up.

I have had two brands of jacks, the Power Gear, and HWH. The PG jacks use to pop often enough to remember it under conditions you've mentioned. After the 1st year I finally got use to it as it never seemed to change anything. With the HWH jacks, I don't have near as many pops but I still get them occasionally if the temps drop rapidly.

I had the noise on my 2014 Sightseer. Got rid of 99% by doing the following as recommended by Lippert.

I used the Torco RFF Grade 15 bought on Amazon
