Is it bad for the tires for leveling blocks being narrower than tread
Is it bad for the tires for leveling blocks being narrower than tread? My wife meant well, when she purchased these HD Anderson-ish levelers, but I think they may damage the tires because they are not the full width of the tire. Whatcha think?
Thanks!

Full-width of the tread, and all tires supported is the usual advice. Note: On most tires the tread is narrower than the sidewall width. But, by the time you shave it that close you will find the blocks very finicky to position.

The full footprint of the tire must be on solid something for the sidewalls and tread to work together to support the load weight correctly. Those of us with duels need to be aware of this and not let the inside tire hang in the air at any point.

Suppot narrower or shorter than the contact footprint is NOT GOOD for tires,
Pictures in the blog explain what the "footprint" is.
