Meanwhile as a hint, I often find the intermitant start problems can be dirty connections along the line from the start battery to the starter solenoid. This can be at the battery posts but there are also mega-fuses along the line on many which give two more places where things get dirty.
We do need to know more about exactly what year, make, model of rv to look at drawings but some of those mega fuses are located just behind the right front wheel on the frame where they get lots of water splashing!
