HWH Storemore slide out problem

All the mechanisms under the slide out appear to show no damage or wear but the front end of the slide out has settled approximately a half inch. Does anybody know if there is a roller or wear pad between the coach floor and the slide out floor. Does anybody know of a service center that is good on these slide outs? Has anyone ever repaired one? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Glenn

Thanks for posting the update. Those nylon shims are much easier to install than the ones in the video. However, they will all need replacing eventually, so it's certainly good info to have.
