IMO that only leaves low voltage to the 12v motor, causing variable motor speed as the cause. Make sure you either have the engine running or the MH is connected to shore power, then try the system again to see if the "pulse' is still there.
This can lead to more possibilities, poor battery bank condition, poor ground of the leveling/room extension, poor connection on the positive side, air in the hyd. system, faulty/dirty valves in the manifold assembly, or even water in the oil-although that is unlikely as you would note the oil has a milky appearance after running the motor/pump. The oil should be clear and of consistent color.
