Help Please! Remove window valances 2011 Via-R

Hi All- We are working on making our "new to us" 2011 Via-R and we cannot figure out how to remove the two window valances. Any help would be greatly apprecaited!

If its anything like my 2018 29ve Vista.. there are Philips head woodscrews which are almost impossible to see because they are hidden above the roll up shade...So if you remove the shade which is held in position by metal spring clips..also very hard to see, you should be able to remove the valance...be aware it may be a solid 1x6 so will be quite heavy...The screws are screwed directly into the wood cabinet above...good luck
