Our Matrix and, or the IR system went out a yeR ago. We were headed to the factory any way. They replace the whole system. Out of warranty, under there good will ! They did have to stay on the phone with the mfg for awhile. Winnebago Finially won out. Works fine now.

Is your problem still fixed? We have a problem with ours, but a little different. After about 20 minutes if viewing from any location we no longer have the ability to change the channel. The IR transmitters quit working. It's under warranty, but when we took it in they just moved some things around and claimed it fixed it. I have worked on it for hours trying different things, but maybe they have the magic touch!
Would someone please post a picture of the spec's on there new power supply. I'm thinking about getting a spare and would like to know if it is different from the one I have now. THANKS!!

It would be interesting to see if the new ones they supply put out more amps... So many manufacturers use a cheap and inadequate power adapter.
Recently purchased a spare adapter for my Surface tablet, after a few months it will keep the Surface charged but if the tablet goes to zero then the adapter can't supply the current to bring it back from dead. Right volts but not enough current...
