We don't seem to have a problem there. Is your shower fixture the single handle or cheap two handle faucet?

you could add info about your rv in the signature area of your profile. my sig info is at the bottom of this post.
i installed an oxygenics shower head from camping world about a year ago and am very happy with it. we have 45psi water pressure from both the pump and shore water hose.
if you can find it and reach it, you can remove the vacuum breaker with no ill effects. the thing is there because of the ''code'', just in case your shower head was ever under water.

I agree with Dan L. We need more info about your unit. Which issue are you most interested in first? I suggest that you post each separately on the forum. Posting several problems in one thread just leads to many knots.
