Damn! My wife WAS happy with her work station. Add another new table to the list. Great job!

Wow what a great job.
I use the existing Laptop shelf in passenger seat for my mobile office. But you went 300% further.
How did you attach the far right of the desk to the passenger Dash?
For travel, what do you need to do to this setup?
Thanks.... again... sure looks great....
After coming off of a Class C, these Class A's are sure more configurable.

Thank you! I’ve attached a few more pics to show the underside. It sits on the pole on one side and then sits on the metal railing on the dash with a small strip of foam to soften the edge. That side is then secured with a small tie down strap.
All of it disassembles in minutes and lays on the bed during transport. I’m currently on the road from Texas to Georgia, but I’ll post pics of how it’s set up once I get to the campsite.

Installed more power distribution blocks, and charge controller for the ground based solar panel I am using to keep the batteries charged while in storage. The shunt for the battery monitor is installed, but the cable which came with it is too short to make it to where the rest of the control panels are. Need to find an extension, or run it up under the couch and mount near the passenger seat.

Does any Intent owner know if we can add Apple CarPlay to our existing head unit, or would one have to buy a whole new one? Thanks!

Gotta buy a new radio. That was one of the first things I did.

Additional paperwork shows not 10,000 but 11,000 gross rear axle when used with our present tires. What gives?

I was hoping any standard double-din head unit would work, is that correct?

I’ve been looking at other more advanced Pioneer units that have the Apple Catplay, and not all support the backup camera function.
I’m still looking...

Yes I sure did. Thanks for the heads-up again.
So guess I will go with the 11,000 rear. And don't think we are going over that with full water and gas. (empty brown/black).
I have a scale just across the street thats been closed for two years. Don't know why. But I see the sign is down now, so have to check if it is now available.

Crutchfield.com is a good place to see what is out there, and they have good adapter harnesses. You can usually find better prices elsewhere, but it is a good place to shop and get install kits.

Agree, start with Crutchfield. Then check prices as they are often much higher. All the same adapters and wire harnesses are cheap on Amazon too.
I got basically the same radio, just a newer model. Plugged right in. It has video function, but I don’t use it. I think any double din radio will fit. Check back on page 2 or 3, where I had pics of the dash torn apart.

Hey Wyatt,
Did you have any trouble installing your new kitchen faucet? I have a new single handle one sitting on my doorstep. The water lines are that rigid plastic and I was wondering what kind of special parts you needed to make the water connections.

Assuming the faucet set you bought is intended for residential installation, chances are the ends probably won't match up. Some kind of adapters will likely be needed. If you have some mechanical ability you should be able to do it yourself, but you'll probably need help in finding the correct adapters and it may take more than one. Take photos of each end and go to Home Depot, Lowes, or who ever you trust for plumbing advice and they should be able to help.
Also do a dry fit first to see if the faucet lines are long enough to meet the existing water lines. I had that issue when installing a better faucet set in our Minnie Winnie. They were about 2" short. Thanks to some previous plumbing experience, it wasn't too difficult to come up with a remedy that not only made the connections, but also ensured the lines wouldn't interfere with anything stored under the sink.

I guess I don't know enough about the technology of these up scaled radio's.
For me I use an old Android Tablet for navigation. Nav on the screen would be a hindrance. Would have to take eyes off of the road and focus, way too long.
. Blue tooth takes care of any android sounds. I don't have a CD player, but can use the dvd player connected to tv. I would like to connect TV to auto speakers... Maybe possible .... Or maybe thru blu-tooth ? Lots of ways to skin a cat, sorta speak.....

Hi Robb,
Not sure which one you bought, but the RV specific one I bought was plug and play. All I had to do was put some putty tape under the top seat to make sure it didn’t leak.

I am with you, Bluetooth takes care of my needs right now. I have Android Auto in my VW Golf, and it is nice, but I think the display on the Motorhome dash is too far down and away from the drive to be optimal.
Not to say I will not get a new head unit with Android Auto some day, it just not land high on my priority list. Higher right now is that office table. Template created this afternoon. Tonight I draw it out on the plywood.

Just plug this into the tv audio out port, and it will transmit the TV's signal to Pioneer head unit, that will output thru the speakers. Simple.
