Does anyone know the dry weight of a Sightseer 35J or the CCC?

Thanks.

Does this rig come with a ladder for accessing the upper bink bed?

It doesn't come with one, strangely a lot of RVs don't come with them - either they are cheap or its a liability issue. Camping World and some other places sell ladders that could be cut down if they are too tall. CW sells them as Bunk Ladders for $39.99 - probably something you could get your dealer to kick in. Both my 9/12 boys are able to get up and down without a ladder just fine - kids like to climb anyway.

Thanks for your help. We just ordered our 35J with the Workhorse. Should pick it up in March.

What does SCWR mean? Is that in addition to the CCC?

Congrats on your new 35J!

SCWR: Sleeping Capacity Weight Rating

If you don't use all the SCWR then you should have additional CCC. In my case we don't load with full water so that and the unused SCWR gives me plenty even when we plan to haul our ATVs.
