Door lock assembly journey36l

2000 winnebago journey36l, I'm looking for Information on where to buy a new outside door lock assembly. It's the model without the deadbolt. Had it apart to see if anything obvious that's looks bad, all appears good. Been locked out a few times from the outside. Not good. Thanks in advance

Can't you just take a wide rubber band (1/4") and wrap it around the handle and the lever to hold up the lever so it won't drop?

That's what I'm doing to my '02 lock right now. Not worth it to buy a new lock assembly that'll likely have the same problem in a year or two.

Or maybe yours is different...picture of the inside assembly would help.

I ordered a new front door handle for my 2002 UA from this:

WinnebagoParts.com

Worked well for me.
